Sitting and talking El Saler village square and the streets between it and the beach road
The village runs on a separate clock from the beach across the road — people come off the sand, shower, and reappear in the square at dusk, and it's still busy long after the last car has left the beach car park. Out of season it's just the village, no beach traffic at all.
