Mostly morning swimming all year, sunbathing in the afternoon in the warmer months and working out on the bars behind the sand; probably busiest late in the afternoon, and local at this end.
The same faces swim off the end by the swimming club every morning, February included. Towels go on the low wall, and they are out of the water and gone before the first sunbathers arrive.

The bars and the old weights on the sand draw the same regulars at the end of the afternoon. People wait their turn sitting on the wall behind, and nobody minds if you use a bar between someone's sets.

Neighbours take the strip between the club and the first beach bar, close to the showers. From the fish sculpture northwards the sand belongs to visitors. Locals come down after lunch, not at midday.
