Swimming the water off the shower posts, central Malva-rosa
There's a year-round first-light swimming crowd who go in from beside the shower posts, towels left on the promenade rail, and are gone before the beach wakes up. The beach faces east, so the draw is sunrise over the water — the sunset here happens behind the city and nobody watches it.
