Kids playing Avinguda de França — central median promenade, south half by the playgrounds
Penya-roja has no real plaza, so this stretch of median does the job: kids on scooters and small bikes ride the flat promenade end to end while parents hold a line of benches, every evening once the heat drops. In summer it doesn't fill until quite late and then stays busy well past when you'd expect kids to be out.
