Kids playing the old zoo cages and pergolas in the middle of Viveros, where the peacocks roam
The zoo left for Bioparc years ago but the peacocks stayed and walk around loose here, so this is where you take small kids — they follow the birds up and down the pergola path for an hour. The empty enclosures around it are the shadiest benches in the park, which is why the grandparents sit there and not on the lawns.
