Mostly easy laps and sitting around, probably quietest first thing, and it empties out fast at closing time when people head down into the riverbed.

Running the outer gravel loop of Viveros, along the General Elio and Sant Pius V edges

This loop is for people doing laps at conversation pace, first thing, before the pushchairs arrive — the gravel and the gates mean nobody serious trains here. The actual running traffic is one level down in the riverbed, which never closes; Viveros is the warm-up or the cool-down, not the run.

Sitting and talking the gates of Viveros on Sant Pius V and General Elio, at closing

Viveros is gated and shuts at dusk, so the whole park drains out in about ten minutes and everyone walks down into the Turia riverbed to carry on the evening. It catches newcomers out constantly — you plan a sunset up here and end up locked out on the pavement.
