Kids playing water channels and stepped pools by the Casa del Reloj, Parc Central
In summer the kids end up in the shallow water channels around the Casa del Reloj in swimsuits, and the parents just accept it and sit along the stone edge. It's the closest thing to a paddling pool in this half of the city.
