Watching the sunset Parc de Capçalera — top of the artificial hill (the mirador mound)
Walk the spiral path up the mound and you get the only real view in the whole west riverbed — the lake below, treetops, and the city stacked up to the east. Couples and small groups drift up as the light goes orange and come down when the mosquitoes start.
