In August the beach paseo is shoulder to shoulder, so people who just want to walk and talk come round the docks instead. Same distance, no crowd, and you can hear each other.

The paving around Veles e Vents is the smoothest big slab of concrete in the city and the low stone ledges at the base of the building are the whole reason skaters and scooter kids come down here. It's the ledges and the shallow banks they want, not the building.
